Doulas Lounge is a safe space for doulas and doula-friendly healthcare personnel. A very very simple definition of a doula is someone who helps a birthing person. We need more people to adopt the spirit/mindset of a doula.

We'll be recording podcasts (via Zoom) on certain Sunday evenings starting at 5pm.
This includes:
Lighting and Audio Consultation: 5-5:30pm Eastern Standard Time
Doula Interview: 5:30-6:30pm
Fun and Relaxation: 6:30-7pm

Lighting and Audio Consultation:
This free lighting and audio consultation lasts for about 30 minutes. You're free to attend just for the lighting consultation if you like. We'll walk volunteers through optimizing their current lighting and audio setup. We advise on lights and audio equipment to buy based on their budget.

Doula Interview:
We interview doulas or doula-friendly healthcare personnel in a bit to put a spotlight on their day-to-day lives and their motivations, trials, and victories. We may do up to 3 doula interviews depending on how much time we have.

Fun and Relaxation:
This is a time for free interaction, relaxation, games, etc.
